Theresa Year 12 Parent, Sydney

When my daughter Chloe (now in Year 11) was diagnosed with inattentive ADHD, I realised very quickly that navigating subject selection, HSC preparation and early career thinking would require more structure and guidance than I could provide on my own.
I began working with Claire just before, around early Year 10, and I can honestly say the impact she has had on both Chloe and me has been extraordinary.
Claire provided Chloe with clear structure, practical planning tools and step-by-step frameworks that helped her think through decisions with confidence. She took the time to truly understand what motivates Chloe, where her strengths lie, and how to channel those strengths into meaningful subject and career choices. The encouragement, clarity and direction she provided gave Chloe confidence and ownership over her future.
What truly sets Claire apart is her deep knowledge of universities, pathways, application processes and — critically — the timing of when things need to be done. So much of this information is technically “available” online, yet it is fragmented, overwhelming and incredibly difficult to interpret as a parent. Claire brought clarity, structure and forward planning to what otherwise feels like a maze. Knowing there was a clear roadmap — and that nothing important would be missed — was invaluable.

One of the most powerful aspects of Claire’s guidance was helping Chloe build a clear Plan A, Plan B and Plan C. Having well-considered backup options in place meant that if the HSC didn’t go to plan, we were still prepared and confident about the pathway forward. That structured approach brought a sense of calm to what is typically a very high-pressure period. When the HSC results were released, we were as calm as you can be in that moment — because we knew there was a plan. I’m incredibly proud to say Chloe achieved her Plan A, but the reduced anxiety and pressure throughout the process was just as valuable.

As a full-time working mother, simply knowing I could send Claire a quick email to clarify something and receive guidance was huge. That reassurance and accessibility removed so much stress from the process. She was not just a coach to Chloe — she was a trusted advisor to me.
Through multiple conversations, she equipped me with knowledge, perspective and practical strategies that allowed me to better support my daughter at home.

Claire’s approach is thoughtful, structured, empathetic and highly professional. For any parent seeking expert guidance to help their teenager navigate senior school, university pathways and career direction — especially when additional learning needs such as ADHD are part of the journey — Claire is worth every
 single penny.

A huge thank you, Claire, for everything you’ve done for Chloe and for our family.

Gail, Year 12 Parent, Maroubra

“I just wanted to send you a quick email to say thank you for your invaluable guidance and expertise in assisting my daughter, Holly, with her university course options. Your in-depth knowledge and friendly demeanour made what appeared a daunting task relatively easy and enjoyable for my daughter and I.

As a first time HSC mum, it was highly beneficial for me to be involved in the whole process.  It provided us both with a detailed understanding of how the whole process (the various options and avenues!) work and gave me the confidence in having different conversations with her about the various courses and universities available to her. She couldn’t be happier with her final choice and whilst her school had a careers advisor, the one-on-one service you provided exceeded our expectations and was a tremendous help in assisting us to navigate a stressful process. Looking forward to seeing you again when child no. 2 is ready to go through the process!”

Renee, Parent of Sydney University Student

“Thank you for your consultation with my daughter, she was so overwhelmed and anxious about changing University degrees and what career path she should take but she came out of the meeting, not only with a plan of attack on the next steps but excited about her new path.  You were so well prepared with information before the meeting, You are very knowledgeable and personable so I would highly recommend your services to anyone.  We can not thank you enough. Thanks. Renee & Emily”

Sinead, Parent of Year 12 student, Sydney

“As a parent Claire gave me the right information to help my year 12 child make the right choices. In one hour I learnt more than I have learnt from the school careers teacher over the last two years. Your energy and duty of care was amazing. The school that has you as their careers teacher is very fortunate. Thanks again for your insight.

You are a wealth of information. I wish I had tapped into your knowledge earlier but I’m thrilled with the information you shared.”

Jacob, Year 12 Student, Sydney

“Thank you so much for all the time and resources you provided for me, they were really helpful in broadening my knowledge of the different courses and what they entailed.”

Lisa, Parent – Parent of Year 12 Student, Sydney
