We’ll do this together….
Just like working with any professional in an advisory or coaching capacity, a lot of the sessions depend on what you are trying to achieve.
Our initial chat is usually trying to figure out where you are up to and what are your career queries, aspirations, goals or dilemma’s. For some, this can be a quick fix with some straightforward information gathering and sharing. For others it can take a bit longer particularly if there are a lot of layers and/or options on the table.
For some people, if they are looking for very specific information, we can get it all covered in 1 session. The usual number of sessions I tend to work with people, is about 3 sessions.
For others, if they are looking for more career strategy, then it can take a few sessions, with extra top up sessions when required.
For school students it all depends at what stage of the year they make contact, and how much time is available to get organised. Usually the more time we have, the better.
